Your dashboard summarises balances, recent activity and how you're tracking against envelopes and goals.

Go to Import to drop in CSV or PDF statements. Thrift parses them locally and de-duplicates by file hash so re-importing won't double up entries.

Search, filter, categorise and edit any entry. Click a row in Calendar to see exactly which source file it came from.

Pick a day or month to see all matching transactions. Use the filters to toggle income vs spending and include/exclude categories, and the search box to find merchants quickly.

Set monthly limits per category. Thrift shows how much is left in each envelope and warns you before you overspend.

Recurring charges are detected automatically. Pick a period to see total spend and what's coming up next.

Create savings goals with a target and date. Contributions are tracked against your balance over time.

Projects your balance forward based on recent income, spending patterns and upcoming subscriptions.

Thrift flags unusual spending, envelope breaches and upcoming bills. Manage delivery in Settings.

Natural-language search over your ledger. Try "how much did I spend on coffee last month?" or "biggest expense in June".
